Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread lemon curd evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Scatter cream cheese cubes over the curd.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the entire surface.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
